Rúnaí Sadhbh

I’m a secretary here because I reached a point where I wanted to be able to speak and use my Irish daily and be completely surrounded by it.

I used Irish predominantly growing up and in secondary school and a little in College, but then it gradually dwindled over my working life as a ballet teacher. Towards the end of my teaching I was able to teach some classes through Irish but that wasn’t enough for me.

Now I can converse in Irish every day, I’m loving it.
